When it comes to who I choose to hire, it’s based mostly on professionalism, price and reviews. Out of the 4 companies I met with, Paul R Valenta was BY FAR the most professional, his price was very reasonable and he has great reviews. He arrived promptly this morning and worked for almost 5 hours cleaning our 27 windows, sills, screens, glass doors and tracks. Honestly, I don't have enough compliments to describe how pleased we are. Not only did Paul do an amazing job, he was a pleasure to speak with and has a very comfortable demeanor. I will be getting my real estate license down here in the near future and there's no doubt I will HIGHLY recommend him to all my clients, friends and neighbors. Paul is a perfectionist and takes the time to do things right. I have not experienced customer service like his in a very long time and it was a true pleasure getting to know him while he worked in our home. The only problem is our lanai doors are so clean now, I might accidentally walk into one!
